RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All items are made to order. Exchanges only for store credit within 14 business days of delivery on un-used, un-worn merchandise. Return shipping is at expense of customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

No refunds or exchanges, including deposits, will be granted on any custom commissioned items.

CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

  • In person consultation (if in the NYC area) to discuss type of design and other necessary details.

  • Design sketches will be submitted to client as a starting point.

  • Further consultations and discussions as necessary to finalize design, materials and pricing.

  • Once design is finalized, 50% deposit due to purchase materials. Deposit is non-refundable.

  • Item is completed within advised time frame.

  • Balance due upon delivery of completed item.
